If you would like to work in a friendly, collaborative, and high energy team with lots of variety, then this is the role for you! ACON’s national Pride Inclusion Programs is looking for a passionate, pro-active Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team.

ACON's national Pride Inclusion Programs (Pride in Diversity, Pride in Sport and Pride in Health + Wellbeing) proudly stand as Australia's suite of not-for-profit support services dedicated to supporting employers, sporting groups and health + wellbeing service providers in all aspects of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer (LGBTQ) inclusion. Sitting within Australia's largest LGBTQ community health organisation, these programs provide ongoing expertise and support across all sectors and industries via membership programs, fee-for-service training, national benchmarking indices and events.

This position will work across all Inclusion Programs through the provision of direct operational and administrative support, including managing logistics and processes for the Train the Trainer program, mailing out merchandise, assisting with events and supporting the Associate Director, Strategy, Innovation & Growth

The role requires someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with both variety and responsibility plus the ability to adapt to different working styles. Excellent skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint are all critical for this role and experience in WordPress a definite advantage. The role requires high attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent time management skills, confidentiality, maturity and a strong, pro-active work ethic.

Additional Information

This position located in Sydney’s Surry Hills and is offered on a full-time basis working 70 hours per fortnight.

Salary: $62,765- $70,304 (gross) plus superannuation and leave loading, commensurate with skills and experience. ACON offers generous salary packaging options (up to $30,000 gross-up value) tax-free.
