Brian Anderson, our principal consultant is a qualified chef with a background in food service management spanning 30 years. He has accumulated food industry experience in a range of settings; hotels, restaurants, hospitals and aged care facilities.
Our senior consultant has qualifications in Food Processing (Cert IV), Workplace Assessment & Training (Cert IV), & Food Safety Auditing (Vulnerable Populations & Cook-chill facilities).
We service Northern NSW and the state of Queensland.
