Campbelltown Home Support Program

The Campbelltown City Council provides a range of services for frail aged people and younger people with disabilities, through its Campbelltown Home Support Program.  These services assist eligible clients to remain living as independently as possible within their own home and communities, to maintain their quality of life and enhance their health and wellbeing.

Services include:  

Minor home maintenance
Addressing safety and security issues

Gardening Services
Domestic assistance
Centre-based care and social support
Volunteer based transport service for disadvantaged people needing to go to healthcare appointments
Shopping with a volunteer  

Client contribution is applicable.
